Welcome to Scoutcliparchive (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Scoutcliparchive Europe B.V., Company Registration NL-84920412, headquartered at 42 Keizersgracht, 1015 CR Amsterdam, Netherlands. By accessing or using our websites, interactive route tools, and budget estimators, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding terms.

1. Use of the Platform and Services

Scoutcliparchive provides route planning blueprints, dorm price estimation widgets, rail timetables, and backpacker travel guides across European destinations. The platform is designed for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or crawl our proprietary transit databases or route nodes using automated software.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt server integrity, network performance, or application logic.
• Impersonate any travel agency, rail operator, or hostel property on our feedback forums.

2. Accuracy of Travel Information & Estimates

While our editorial staff continually verifies dorm rates, tourist bed taxes, train numbers, and hostel operational statuses for the 2026 season, travel schedules and prices fluctuate due to seasonality, rail strikes, inflation, and local municipal bylaws. All budget figures and route durations are provided as informational estimates. Users are solely responsible for confirming bookings and schedules directly with rail carriers (such as DB, ÖBB, SNCF, CP) and accommodation providers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, route sequencing graphics, custom SVGs, calculations algorithms, UI layouts, and written content on Scoutcliparchive are the exclusive property of Scoutcliparchive Europe B.V. or its licensors, protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may download or print route plans for your own individual, personal travel use only.

4. Third-Party Links & Partner Accommodations

Our routes reference third-party hostels, booking engines, and national railway portals. Scoutcliparchive Europe B.V. has no control over the content, safety, cleanliness, cancellation policies, or terms of third-party properties and carries zero liability for third-party service failures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Dutch and European Union law, Scoutcliparchive Europe B.V., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed train connections, hostel overbookings, travel disruptions, or price variations.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
